About this project : The study of this project began in 2018 with the plan and the feasibility study. Once the plan was approved and modified by the owner, we started on the estimate and quantity estimate. The house was 600 m² on the plan, with a 360° view of the Indian Ocean and the Sainte Marie canal, but during the construction, the owner added a 600 m² basement. The company is committed to building this solid villa, mixing materials such as wood, cement, stones and earth. The house was built with qualified teams. It was equipped and furnished with rosewood furniture, made in our workshop, by our teams of qualified carpenters, as well as quality and branded equipment. The company took care of obtaining the land title and the building permit. The construction period was planned for 2 years, but due to the Covid-19 period as well as additions related to construction and exterior development, the completion of this project lasted 3 and a half years.

Which was inaugurated by the President of the Republic, Mr. Andry Rajoelina, aimed to rehabilitate and preserve the original structure of the church, given that it is the first Catholic church in Madagascar and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. To preserve its original appearance, we replaced the floor joinery, which our teams had built, and repainted the interior and exterior walls.

Villa BE
In 2013, our company had the honor of building VILLA BE, a magnificent, spacious 220 m² two-story house built on stilts. This achievement is a testament to our expertise and our commitment to quality.
Built with a semi-permanent foundation, the villa elegantly combines natural stone, warm wood, and sturdy cement, creating a subtle balance between authenticity and modernity. The total construction time was 14 months, a manageable timeframe that reflects the dedication and professionalism of our team.
Fully equipped and furnished, the house is distinguished by its custom-made joinery, designed and crafted by our talented carpenters. Each room received careful attention to create a unique and harmonious finish.

HOTEL LÉMURIEN – An eco-responsible and authentic accommodation project
Located in the far south of Île aux Nattes, facing the splendid turquoise lagoon, the Hôtel Lémurien is an exceptional project that combines local architecture, sustainability, and modern comfort.
The complex consists of several typical Malagasy bungalows, built from treated Moramanga fir wood, a material renowned for its strength and resistance to tropical climate conditions. The roofs are made of falafa, a traditional plant material made from dried ravinala leaves, bringing charm, natural freshness, and harmonious integration into the environment.
The main building, a management house named "Lémurien," was built on stilts, covering an area of 180 m². This solid structure harmoniously combines wood, natural stone, and cement, offering robustness, aesthetics, and comfort.
Nearby, a modern 120 m² stilt villa was also built. Designed for a pleasant and functional living experience, it features an open-plan kitchen, fully tiled floors, and boasts breathtaking views of the lagoon, under the soothing shade of tall trees. This house is equipped with a self-contained solar system, with photovoltaic panels and lithium batteries, ensuring a sustainable and environmentally friendly energy supply.
The aluminum joinery brings a touch of modernity and solidity to the entire construction.
Every element of the project was carefully monitored by our team, from design to completion, to ensure a turnkey delivery, on time and in line with the client's expectations. The Hôtel Lémurien perfectly illustrates our ability to build sustainable, comfortable accommodations that blend seamlessly into their natural environment.
